The Founder
As an immigrant who has navigated the complex journey of building a new life in a foreign country, I understand the challenges, opportunities, and emotions that come with starting over. My experience filled with resilience, adaptation, and determination inspired me to create Smart Goose Academy.
Coming to Canada was a life-changing decision. I faced new cultures, a new language, and the challenge of redefining my professional identity. Through perseverance and support, I built a successful path and discovered that many immigrants shared the same journey filled with potential but limited by barriers.
Smart Goose Academy was born from this realization: that every immigrant carries within them extraordinary talent and strength. Our purpose is to remove barriers, provide guidance, and help each person flourish personally, professionally, and collectively.
Our company is built on the pillars of inspiration, empowerment, and creation values that have guided my own journey and that now shape our approach to helping others. We believe in building strong connections and fostering a sense of belonging. We are dedicated to empowering immigrants and newcomers with the skills, confidence, and autonomy they need to succeed. And we are passionate about fostering innovation and enabling immigrants to contribute meaningfully to their communities and workplaces.
