What it includes?

Personalized Coaching:
6 one-on-one sessions (1 hour each) focusing on cross-cultural communication, confidence building, and goal setting.

Skill Development Workshops:
2 workshops (1.5 hour each) on effective communication and building a cross-cultural network.

Cultural Integration:
1 cultural adaptation session with the application of our SMA (Smart Goose Academy) method (1.5 hour) + access to 2 professional networking events to practice skills in real-world settings.

Goal Setting and Achievement:
2 sessions (1 hour each) to develop and track progress on specific personal and professional goals.
